Become familiar with association by-laws and rules and regulations. Work closely with the board of directors in the form of monthly maintenance reports, updated budgets, and accounting reports. Solicit bids and oversee contractors including trash removal, firewood, chimney service, fire protection, water maintenance, and amenity center maintenance (if applicable). Provide the necessary insurance as required by the association and solicit bids for a master policy for the association. Represent the association and homeowners. Oversee capital improvement projects.
