Dutch Property Management has a staff with experience in all facets of property management including soliciting proposals, general maintenance, pool maintenance, accounting and bookkeeping, and administrative services. We will represent your association and attend all board and homeowner’s meetings. We are fully insured and registered with the Secretary of State of Vermont. We have close ties with local real estate and with the Mount Snow resort.
Dutch Property Management is a member of the Mount Snow Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Community Association Institute. Dutch Property Management also belongs to the newly formed Vermont Property Manager Group, which currently represents six condominium complexes with over 500 units in the Mount Snow Valley. The VPMG is a formal cooperative of three management companies that meet regularly to discuss common issues and to provide each member with resources and assistance when necessary. The group also includes Andy Childs with Vermont Property Management and John Densmore with South Hill Properties, Inc. |
